- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an energetic, positive, service-oriented Administrative Program Specialist to work with staff in a variety of residential service models.
This position will support programs by offering training, supervision and support to administrators. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in licensing requirements and have experience with systems implementation, crisis management and staff development.
Responsibilities:
Provide operational oversight of residential and treatment programs Supervise, evaluate, and support the professional development of staff Assist program leadership with enhancing program structure, action planning and program development. Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet program and divisional needs Be available to work at multiple locations and within various treatment services and populations on short notice Serve as an on-call administrator for assigned programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field At least 5 years supervisory experience working with children and adolescents in residential settings Valid Massachusetts drivers license
Schedule:
40 hours per week.
Three days:
