Principal Clerk and Secretary 1/Administrative Assistant 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 104 Central Street, Auburn, MA 01501 The Town of Auburn Department of Development & Inspectional Services (DDIS) office is seeking applicants for a full time (40 hours per week) position of Principal Clerk & Secretary I / Administrative Assistant to perform various clerical and administrative functions. The successful applicant will be able to work independently, possess excellent customer service skills, as well as have the ability to organize & multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Munis, FilePro, People GIS, Open Gov, and utilizing a map plotter is highly desirable. Starting hourly rate is $24.40.
