Job Responsibilities:

Schedule Patients for surgeries and in-office procedures. Position includes scheduling surgeries and in-office procedures, creating surgical packets, keeping surgery schedules full, communicating with Patients, PCP offices (Primary Care Physicians), and surgery centers. Work as part of the Surgical Scheduling team to ensure patients are ready for surgery. This position involves scheduling primarily in the Fitchburg office, but would require travel to the Gardner office about 2 times per month.
