As Sales Administrative Officer your key responsibility will be to carry out sales database support operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure. You’ll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks: Identify the “prospect” companies listed in our former CRM tool that have not yet been integrated into our current

CRM, MD365.

Cross-check and verify the data, ensuring its relevance, quality, and accuracy, in order to maintain a reliable and usable prospect database. Enrich our prospect database by updating information about companies, particularly those from specific business sectors. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate the integration of this data into the

MD365 CRM.

Qualifications What You’ll Bring We are looking for a highly driven colleague with solid interpersonal skills – a colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered an advantage Basic knowledge of insurance contracts would be beneficial Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Effective prioritisation and time management capabilities High level of accuracy, with a commitment to following rules, procedures, and deadlines Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team Well-organised and methodical approach to tasks Strong analytical and summarising skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Proficiency in French at a minimum of B2, with C1 preferred Why WTW?
