Position Overview:

This Administrative Assistant role is perfect for someone looking to pick up hours, gain experience, and grow into a long-term position with leadership potential. You’ll begin with small tasks, with the goal of becoming our local Office Manager or Assistant as we expand. We’re seeking someone trustworthy, personable, and motivated to learn—someone who enjoys meeting new people and can help us connect with potential clients and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative duties and organization Help with client outreach and onboarding meetings Support scheduling, documentation, and local errands Communicate with out-of-state company owners and provide regular updates Attend local meetings and help represent the company as we launch Learn our operations with the goal of growing into a leadership role

Resides in or near Portland, Maine Friendly, professional, and dependable Interested in learning and growing into a larger role Comfortable meeting new people and handling light paperwork Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Opportunity for
