Responsibilities:

Handle email communication, manage calendars, and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses Organize and prepare listing documents and contracts, including MLS entries and required disclosures Coordinate showings, inspections, and open house schedules Enter and update property listings across MLS and marketing platforms Support basic social media and email marketing efforts through content posting and updates Keep client databases and CRM systems accurate and up to date

Qualifications:
