RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATOR
JOB SUMMARY Resident Service Coordinator (Temporary – Portland, ME Area) We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Resident Service Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to support an important project. This role is remote, but candidates must reside in the Portland, ME area for occasional on-site needs or collaboration.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Extensive experience with HUD programs Proficiency with the ASK system or similar CRM/record management tools Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and accuracy Completion of the Maine Resident Service Coordinator certification (MRSCA) is highly preferred

Schedule:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible for part-time candidates as long as they can work during core business hours)
Compensation:
$22-$26/hour based on experience
