Job Description

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Richmond, Maine, United States. In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing administrative support, managing customer interactions, and maintaining efficient office operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of daily deposits
  • Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer records in the association training database
  • Learn and adapt to new software as necessary for web maintenance and client communication
  • Comfortably engage in verbal communication with clients
  • Balance multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Proficient in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for creating spreadsheets, reports, and data analysis.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, appointments, and meetings.
  • Experience in operating a multi-line phone system, ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint for document management and team collaboration.
