Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answer consumer inquiries and direct calls as neededUse of computer software programsProcess and post customer paymentsCommunicate with consumers for service requests, including the extensionof power linesMaintain records of utility poles and transformersProvide support to the engineering departmentPrepare documents for filing with the registry of deedsScheduling appointments with consumersOther duties
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of bookkeepingProficient in computer skills, including good knowledge of MicrosoftWord and ExcelAbility to prioritize multiple tasksExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailsAbility to maintain confidentialityAdaptability at learning new software and changing proceduresAbility to analyze and troubleshoot different situationsHours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm.
