Administrative Assistant

- Building provides clerical support to administrators by monitoring activities in the building or department, maintaining department records, and providing informatiion recommendations and/or direction as requested by assigned administrator. Pay $18.79

- Pension (PEERS), 403(b) and 457(b) Benefits overview is published on our website: LPS Benefits Overview Hours Weekdays, Monday through Friday Shift is 8 hours per day, exact hours will vary by building/department Year round position Job Duties Perform administrative functions to support the assigned director or principal; schedule meetings, screen calls and visitors, respond to inquiries and distribute messages, procure supplies, monitor budget and compile data for reporting purposes.
Participate in a variety of meetings; record and distribute meeting minutes, and provide support to attendees as requested. Accurately maintain manual and electronic documents, collect payment and prepare deposits, and process documents. (time sheets, work orders, budget transfers, etc) Coordinate projects, functions and program components under direction of others. Work closely with other administrative staff by assisting as requested.
