We’re looking for a tech-savvy, organized, and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to help us continue to grow.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking an administrative professional who is detail-oriented, digitally capable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, quick problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment. You’ll play a vital role in managing daily operations, organizing schedules, supporting marketing and advertising efforts, and utilizing AI tools to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for the team Handle email and phone correspondence with clients and vendors Organize and input data into CRM and other real estate platforms Assist with coordinating real estate transactions and document management Monitor and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Create and post marketing content (flyers, social posts, ads) Perform light graphic design using Canva or similar tools Use AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, scheduling assistants, etc.) to improve workflow and output Track advertising performance and help optimize campaigns Provide general office and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems Comfortable using platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media schedulers Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, task automation, and productivity Prior experience with marketing, advertising, or social media management preferred Data entry experience with high accuracy Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly Real estate or small business experience is a plus (but not required) Why Join Us?
