OPEN POSITION
Building Secretary•12 Month position
STARTING COMPENSATION
starting at $20.81 hourly
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Transportation Secretary coordinates transportation personnel and performs secretarial and administrative work for the Director of Transportation.
240 day days.
8:30 AM•5:30 PM•some days until 6:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
One•three years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and Google Suite.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Professional Demeanor.
