OVERVIEW

Facilitate mortgage transactions by ensuring that all documents areproperly executed, signed, and notarized in compliance with legalrequirements.

KEY DUTIES

• Conduct remote notarization of mortgagedocuments for clients in various locations.
• Verify the identityof signers and administer oaths or affirmations as required.
• Accurately complete notarial certificates and logs.
• Ensurecompliance with state and federal notary laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional communicationwith clients.

KEY PROFILE

• MUST be a U.S. citizen. High schooldiploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in yourstate of residence (U.S.).
• Proficient in remote notarizationplatforms and technologies.
• Knowledge of mortgage documents andindustry terminology.
• Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with relevant state and federal notary laws andregulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High-speed Internet connection,reliable computer with a camera and microphone, and a home officeset-up.

PAYMENT:

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
