Job Description
Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant Thompson Custom LLC St. Louis, MO 63129 We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and accurate office secretary/administrative assistant to join our small business team. You will work on-site in a home-office environment performing clerical and administrative functions which are focused to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound telephone calls Draft correspondence and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Develop and implement organized filing systems Assist with prep and typing of estimates Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields, 1-3 years required Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills At least 1-3 years of Microsoft Outlook and Office Applications Valid drivers license Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

$18.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
