- Supervision of student employee staff
- Update and maintain the Canvas site for the office Provides general/routine administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties Provide excellent customer service professionally and courteously to constituents who walk in, call, or email Answer telephone, route calls, and answer routine questions Provide general office support including but not exclusive of: Maintaining calendars Schedule appointments Take meeting minutes Make travel arrangements Reserve facilities Manage supply orders and office work orders Monitor departmental email inbox •Serves as the communication liaison for unit-wide texting •Connect and engage with students through attendance at unit-wide events Maintains adequate department supplies Compose correspondence and other materials Enter data into electronic files, databases, or spreadsheets Accounts Payable Collect invoices Verify funding Complete credit card payments Non-PO vouchers Accounts Receivable Prepare statements Review accounts receivable Process payments for department Procure / purchase equipment and supplies for the department; complete requisitions, purchase orders, and reconciliation of purchasing cards here to enter the job description Consult with prospective and current program participants in the Office of Student Enrichment and Achievement and provide information regarding campus resources, program offerings, and academic planning Perform other duties as assigned by the Director Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

- This position is In-Person ONLY Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Experience working in higher education or office setting is preferred.
Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range:
$16.23/hour
