Administration Specialist | St. Louis, MO | Day Shift Serioplast is looking for an Administration Specialist to join our team at our St. Louis plant! The Administration Specialist reports to the Administration and Finance Manager. The purpose of this position is to support the Administration and Finance Manager in managing all administrative processes and tasks, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Performs administrative tasks such as email management, filing and document management, and record keeping Maintains and manages company assets, vehicles, and other equipment and facilities Arranges transfers, hotel booking, flights, entertainment and refreshments for visitors and company events Performs daily tasks pertaining to general affairs acting as contact person with employees, service providers, external agencies and authorities Supports the Administration and Finance Manager in carrying out tasks, such as data entry into the ERP system, and specific projects
Technical Skills:
Basic knowledge of business economics Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel Good knowledge of SAP is preferred, but not mandatory Strong organizational skills
