Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help maintain an efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of clerical tasks, providing support to staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous manner
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and receiving
Coordinate with other departments as needed
Maintain a clean and organized office space

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a relevant role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Friendly and professional demeanor

Working Conditions:

Office-based environment with standard business hours
