Office Support Clerk – Part Time Position Available In St. Louis, Missouri

$16.40 – $22.19 per hour As an Office Support Clerk, you will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Admin team to provide office support, including light maintenance and office upkeep. You will also participate in special projects as requested by various departments and provide backup to other administrative positions as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Oversee daily mailroom operations Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and break room supplies Maintain an organized inventory system and coordinate weekly supply orders Assist with meeting support, including room setup, lunch pickup, and collaborate on company meetings Provide support and cross-training in front desk and administrative duties, including reception coverage and facility walk-throughs Maintain office equipment such as printers, postage machines, and coffee machines Manage vendor relationships for office equipment and facility needs Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license Typing, computing, and data entry skills Effective communication and organization skills

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Effective prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Monday – Friday; 9:00 am – 2:00 pm, schedule may vary Some Heavy lifting Extensive sitting, standing, and walking
