Essential Job Functions:
Perform varied school related secretarial tasks and duties including, but not limited to, using computer; copying; laminating; supervising students at lunch and recess; helping coordinate special events; clerical responsibilities; communication with staff, parents, and children; newsletter preparation; creation of school flyers; serving as backup to the front line with parents, students, and staff; assist with and create small projects for staff; and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse workforce including administrators, teachers, parents and children Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google apps Enjoy diverse responsibilities and ability to handle a variety of tasks Prior knowledge and/or willingness to learn District applications Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with excellent proofreading skills Excellent attendance Mobility to move in and around buildings Email To A Friend Print Version
