POSITION AT OUR LUCEDALE MS CAMPUS
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
Assisting with scheduling and planning of events to create positive experiences for our clients and employees
Assisting department managers with various administrative tasks to ensure effective programming and quality care for the clients and families we serve
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and shipment distribution
Maintaining office supply quantities and processing office supply orders
Ensuring office organization and tidiness
Education/Experience:
Minimum HS diploma (or equivalent), bachelor’s degree preferred
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
Must have administrative office experience, previous management experience will be helpful
Must be skilled with customer service
