Optometry Assistant (Multi-job duty’s) 2020 Eyecare of Grenada 600 Old Hickory Rd, Grenada, MS 38901 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full Time Employee to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer interaction, and the ability to learn multiple duty’s around the clinic. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within our optometry clinic. Candidates who have insurance filing experience will be our first consideration. Duties Communication is key! Provide outstanding customer service by speaking clearly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Be willing to dive in and learn different insurance benefits and how they work. Support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain knowledge of products and promotions to effectively sell items and assist customers in making informed decisions. Address patient complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Willingness to rotate to different departments of the clinic to help out to ensure the practice continues to run smoothly Qualifications Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. A patient-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
