As a Lost & Found Clerk, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your weing smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE
$14.00 an hour
THE SCHEDULE
Day Shift | Full Time
Monday:
8:00am•4:00pm
Tuesday, Friday, & Saturday:
10:00am•6:00pm
Sunday:
9:00am•5:00pm
Days Off:
Wednesday & Thursday
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Creating, maintaining, and updating accurate records of all Lost & Found items
Operating office equipment, including ers and fax machines
Responding to calls and inquiries related to Lost & Found
Coordinate vendor badging processes and manage shipping and receiving activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Exhibits at least 6 months of prior experience in administrative or office-related work
Demonstrates strong attention to detail andanizational skills
Possesses basicputer knowledge
Exhibits excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
Has experience handling guestplaints/issues
Can handle multiple tasks at one time
