The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing exceptional customer support. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient workflow and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Duties Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support customer inquiries by providing information and resolving issues promptly. Assist with various clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Act as a personal assistant to executives or managers when required. Skills Proficient in office management practices and procedures. Familiarity with phone systems and customer support techniques. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Excellent computer literacy, particularly in Google Workspace applications. Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
