This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a high level of professionalism, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality in processing program documentation. Key Responsibilities Log, track, and organize all activities related to development files and documentation. Process incoming development information, including data entry and fee tracking. Review development files for completeness and compliance with IRS, FDIC, and MHC guidelines. Monitor eligibility requirements and maintain compliance schedules. Maintain and update records for both digital and paper files. Compile and prepare regular reports for internal and external use. Provide support in developing training materials and public-facing informational resources. Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets. Respond to program inquiries and generate follow-up documentation. Support the reimbursement process by assisting with accurate financial calculations and submissions. Serve as a backup to the front desk receptionist as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality in all dealings with partners, applicants, and internal data. Perform other work-related duties as assigned by leadership.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Equivalent practical experience in a clerical, administrative, or compliance support role.
Preferred Experience:
A strong clerical or administrative background is highly preferred. Experience in administrative support, grant processing, housing programs, or data entry roles is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Access database is a plus. Strong ability to process and organize information accurately and efficiently. Experience using office equipment including scanners, fax machines, and mail processing systems. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Physical & Mental Requirements Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for extended periods. Ability to handle equipment safely and perform visual and written documentation tasks. Must demonstrate sound decision-making, organizational judgment, and the ability to interpret agency and program policies.
