. This is advanced-level vocational work that involves performing a variety of complex administrative duties in developing and carrying out departmental programs. The work includes responsibility for analyzing administrative problems and requires independent judgment in the interpretation, application, and enforcement of statutes, rules, regulations, and policies, being the first liaison of communication between internal and external parties. Also, performing routine data entry work including data entry, production, document, and records management, picking up equipment, supplies, and documents, and distributing important materials to relevant parties, scheduling and canceling meetings and appointments, preparing materials, documents, reports, and correspondence, answering emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner., anticipating the needs of executive and managerial staff and other duties as assigned. What you’ll need to be Successful Verbal & Written Communication; Organization; Time Management; Resourcefulness; Detail-Oriented. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. The agency prefers a very organized individual with knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
