Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Administrative Assistant join our team based in Columbus, MS. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will perform administrative functions and provide support to coordinate the day-to-day correspondence, travel, schedule and activities for the VPs of our Quality and Civil Programs. You will coordinate and prioritize calendars, interact with other departments, vendors, internal and external customers, all while providing exceptional customer service.
