Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant provides support to Plant Manager, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Engineering, and Finance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate all meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, making travel arrangements including hotel reservations, issuing information or invitations. Compose and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents on a weekly/monthly basis. Prepares purchase requisitions, payment requests, codes invoices, enter cash receipts. Assist with company events both internal and external. Assist with orders and maintaining office supplies. Maintains various database and spreadsheet files as requested. Assist with Payroll processing. Support new hire employee process both temporary and full-time. Support company incentive plans/programs

Qualifications:

An associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a multi-person team environment Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
