We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Vigilant Health. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:
Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Schedule appointments and manage patient appointments efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. 2.
Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for healthcare providers. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails. 3.
Patient Support:
Provide excellent customer service to patients by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and ensure accurate documentation. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork. 4.
Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless clinic operations. Assist with maintaining inventory of office and medical supplies. Coordinate with other departments as needed to support clinic operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
