Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CSR/Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating all aspects of our service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of service operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to customers. Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs based on availability and expertise. Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status. Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions in the service management system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Quickly learn and proficiently use the dispatch software within the company’s business system. Foster positive interactions with technicians and administrative staff. Provide backup support for the Branch Manager in their absence. Participate in rotational on-call duties as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in service coordination or a related field. High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
Physical Demands:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
Salary:
Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
