Job Description
Maintenance Coordinator Margaret Rudd & Associates, Inc. 210 Country Club Drive, Oak Island, NC 28465 A well-qualified and experienced candidate is needed to coordinate maintenance in the overall operation of the maintenance department. Qualified candidates should possess some maintenance experience and should have experience working in an administrative/office setting. The Coordinator will work with Supervisor(s) to manage the daily activities of the Maintenance Department to include running daily, weekly and monthly reports to assure property readiness. The Coordinator will perform various office responsibilities like scheduling work and repairs, billing, and informing staff of property status. The Coordinator will also help enter tasks, filter owner and guest phone calls, and follow up calls when repairs are complete. The Maintenance Coordinator will work with the Maintenance Department and Vendors to assure owner and guest satisfaction, and to provide superior service at all times.
