Business Owner About the Role Our regional real estate investment business is looking for a highly organized, independent, and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage two mission-critical systems: my calendar and my inbox . In its fourth year of operation, the company is still building and scaling. This role offers the opportunity to grow with the business and serve as a core part of its foundation. This is not a catch-all admin role. Your sole focus will be to take full ownership of my time and communication—so I can focus on growth, clients, and the work that moves the business forward. You’ll act as the filter, the scheduler, and the organizer behind the scenes that keeps everything on track. If you love structure, thrive in a support role, and are obsessed with keeping things running smoothly—this role is for you. What You’ll Own Calendar Management Take complete control of scheduling meetings, calls, and personal time Prevent overbooking and managing all time-related logistics Build guardrails into my schedule to protect focus and priorities Proactively block time for deep work, travel, and personal commitments Be the gatekeeper of my time, no one gets on my calendar without going through you Inbox Management Be the first and only person managing my email inbox Triage, prioritize, and respond to messages as needed Ensure I only see what’s important, actionable, or strategic Maintain inbox zero and implement smart systems for communication flow Eliminate distractions and interruptions caused by unfiltered email You’re a
