We are in need of an Office Assistant to become part of our team in Asheville, North Carolina. Your role will involve handling administrative duties in a small office setting. This position is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mail and coordinate office lunches
- Take over some of the administrative tasks from the current office
- Use accounting software systems and CRM to keep accurate records
- Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries
- Supervise billing functions and handle clerical duties
- Use ADP for financial services and Banner Ads for promotions
- Ensure precise and efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Keep track of customer accounts and act appropriately when necessary
- Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in a relaxed, business casual office environment
- Employ various computer programs and software to perform tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
- Familiarity with ADP – Financial Services is essential.
- Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads.
- Ability to navigate various Computer Programs efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM tools for customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial.
- Ability to provide accurate and timely responses, as indicated by the skill ‘Answer’.
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls professionally and courteously.
- Capable of handling Billing Functions effectively and accurately.
- Should be able to perform Clerical Duties such as filing, typing, copying, and faxing documents.
