Additional responsibilities will include taking and processing payments, knowledge of departmental policies and procedures, products and services offered and general office operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent front-line customer experience. Greet walk-in customers ensuring they receive prompt, efficient, and courteous attention Process information in a professional and confidential manner. Complete documentation and data entry. Facilitate completion of auction process. Effectively communicate with clients, answering questions and resolving issues, escalating as necessary. Follow departmental procedures and policies. Maintain a professional appearance and orderly work environment

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Proven work experience in Office Clerical role, required. 2 years of customer service experience Strong PC and Microsoft Office ability Previous automotive or auction experience, preferred Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in fast paced environment team environment Effective time management and task prioritization
