Nesco Resource is looking for a 1st shift Part-Time Data EntryClerk!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliablepart-time Data Entry Clerk with experience using QuickBooks Theideal candidate will be responsible for accurately enteringfinancial data, maintaining records, and supporting accountingoperations with a focus on speed and accuracy.

KeyResponsibilities:

Input and manage invoices, bills, payments, andother financial transactions in QuickBooks. Reconcile bankstatements and credit card transactions. Maintain and updatecustomer and vendor records. Generate financial reports and assistwith monthly close processes. Ensure data integrity and accuracy inall entries. Communicate with team members and vendors to resolvediscrepancies. Organize and file financial documents both digitallyand physically. Support the accounting department with otherclerical and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or equivalent Proven experience using QuickBooks(Online or Desktop). Strong attention to detail and high level ofaccuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Abilityto work independently and manage time effectively. Excellentorganizational and communication skills.
