Office Assistant — Mobile Home Park Company (Full-Time)

Start Date:

July A growing Mobile Home Park company is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to join our team. We’re looking for a professional, organized, proactive individual with strong sales and leasing skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain positive, professional relationships with residents, staff, the main office, vendors, and local officials. Answer incoming calls and be available to assist tenants with inquiries or concerns. Handle general office duties, maintain organized and up-to-date files. Manage tenant delinquencies and collections. Report any property-related issues or concerns to the Park Owner. Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests and projects. Enforce park rules and regulations with consistency and fairness. Accurately bill residents in a timely manner. Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative or office management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time-management abilities. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
