Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support both the business and household needs of the owner of a growing rental property business. This hybrid role includes administrative support for property management tasks as well as personal errands and household organization. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

ï Business Support ( fay housing ,com): ï Respond to emails, calls, and messages from tenants, contractors, and vendors ï Schedule and do property showings, maintenance, and inspections ï Update rental listings, manage social media, and post online ads ï Track rent payments, deposits, and expenses using provided tools ï Help prepare lease agreements and tenant welcome packets ï Coordinate with contractors for repairs, renovations, and property turnarounds ï Maintain digital files, records, and keys for all rental units ï Assist with reviewing applications, background checks, and tenant communications ï

Household & Personal Support:

ï Run errands including shopping, post office trips, and deliveries ï Schedule personal appointments and manage calendars ï Organize and maintain home office, files, and supplies ï Coordinate housekeeping, vehicle maintenance, and home repairs ï Occasionally assist with personal travel or event planning ï Handle basic bookkeeping or budget tracking for household and business expenses Additional responsibilities ( a plus qualification if you can handle) Can do simple maintenance within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for general basic repairs to buildings and equipment to include small carpentry, general maintenance and routine janitorial cleaning services and yard work. Additional responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to): Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritizing work order response. Completing work order correctly with minimal call backs. Availability to respond to after hours and weekend needs. Inspecting our homes on a routine basis and repairing items as required. Closing out work orders upon completion; via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management System. Assisting with corporate projects as required. Moving furniture to newly bought homes Providing reports in a timely manner for purchase card verification / reconciliation. Purchasing supplies at best price available. Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with tenants. Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials. Responsibility for maintaining company vehicle.

Job Types:

$15.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
