6 3.6 out of 5 stars Linwood, NC 27299 Job Overview Our Process Coordinator falls under our admin department and is in charge of ensuring our FDA regulated documents are kept up to date. This candidate must have expectational multi-tasking and attention to detail skills, excellent computer skills. They must be able to independently prioritize and manage workload. This is a Monday-Friday in-person role with flexibility in hours. This is a full time position.
Main duties:
Enter changes, update and create documents related to work instructions, job descriptions, job aids, training materials. We are a FDA regulated facility and all documents are controlled. This person will occasionally need to observe associates performing tasks and duties to ensure accuracy of said documents. Comfortability working in a manufacturing setting is a must.
Misc duties:
- Serve as back up for the front desk Must be:
- Able to use desk phone with headset
- Highly detailed and organized
- Comfortable using office equipment such as fax, scanner, laminator, printer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to professionally write emails and communicate with customer/leadership
