Full Job Description Summary:
The Administrative Business Partner (ABP) will provide administrative support as well as departmental duties while taking on projects and tasks that aid the functional PharPoint teams.
What you will do:
Provide administrative support including tasks such as: Create/edit corporate presentations, reports, meeting materials and other documents. Manage multiple calendars. Coordinate business travel and itineraries. Coordinate meetings/audits, including preparation of handouts. Front desk coverage as required to ensure client, vendor, and guest compliances to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities. Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and readiness. Order and maintain all supplies for breakrooms. Meeting and event planning to include logistics, location preparation, food and beverage, and coordination of events. Create meeting agendas, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes. Perform operational tasks related to billable and non-billable work. Complete special projects administered by departments. Coordinate and manage corporate events. Contribute to a positive working environment and maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors. Adheres to all company confidentiality requirements. Comply with all corporate policies and industry guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor?s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent.
Experience:
1 year of experience in an administrative capacity. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, along with SharePoint, and web conferencing. Strong organizational and time management skills. Takes a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities of the role. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
