Job:
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and flexible Personal Assistant to support scheduling, interview coordination, making calls, and maintaining a smooth workflow between home and office environments. This role is perfect for someone who’s comfortable working from home (with small dogs around) and in an office setting. The job will involve a combination of remote and in-office tasks, so flexibility is a must!
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling:
Organize, schedule, and confirm interviews for various roles (in-person and virtual). Ensure there’s enough time between interviews for prep and follow-up.
Phone Calls & Communication:
Manage phone calls for interviewees, clients, and other stakeholders. Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders.
Task Organization & Calendar Management:
Maintain and update schedules for both interviews and meetings. Help create reminders and task lists.
General Administrative Support:
Provide additional support, such as research, data entry, and coordination between home and office environments.
Dog-Friendly Work Environment:
Work comfortably at home with small dogs present (you don’t need to take care of them, but you should be comfortable with them being around while you work).
Qualifications:
Flexible & Adaptable:
Ability to work both remotely and in an office environment. Must be comfortable around dogs.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, scheduler, virtual assistant, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and keep things running smoothly.
Communication Skills:
Comfortable with both phone and email communication.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiar with tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, and general office software.
