Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle communication, including emails, phone calls, and messages.

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contacts as needed.
  • Support daily operations and provide administrative assistance to executives or project leads.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
