Key Responsibilities Include:

Manage a multi-line phone system and greet patients warmly Schedule and confirm appointments for our Oral Surgeons and Orthodontists Keep provider schedules filled and organized Collect and post payments while following company financial policies Review treatment plans and explain insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs to patients Accurately enter and update patient info in Denticon and Dolphin software Keep the front office and lobby tidy and welcoming Support your teammates and contribute to a positive office vibe Other duties as assigned What You Bring to the

Team:

A minimum of 1-2+ years of dental front office experience Experience in Oral Surgery and/or Orthodontics is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Great organizational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and team player mentality Comfort with computers and practice management software (Denticon and/or Dolphin is a plus!) High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
