Responsibilities:
Job Duties:

Assist the Workplace department with daily activities including but not limited to printing desk nameplates, ordering office supplies, maintaining and updating files and documents, submitting service requests. Manage visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately and notifying company personnel of visitor arrival. Ensure a positive visitor experience. Process guest and visitor badge requests by following procedures, monitoring logbooks and confirming identification. Maintain lobby and reception area to promote a welcoming and professional environment. Field, direct and answer questions from employees. Sign for package/parcel deliveries as they arrive. Maintain office security by working closely with building security personnel and being prepared for emergencies. Send out local email communications to local staff as needed. Support onsite events with catering, logistics, and set-up.

2+ years office or reception experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Ability to successfully operate in a very fast paced, high tech environment and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Must be able to maintain composure under pressure and manage unforeseen situations. Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing work. Demonstrated ability to build trust, relationship build and maintain confidentiality. Ability to take direction and wear many hats in a team environment with a warm, engaging and professional demeanor. Expeditious, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customer needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fun, creative, outgoing, professional and positive. Ability to work onsite daily.
