JOB SUMMARY

Administration of QuickBooks Responsible for timely and accurate billing of all claims Manage elements of client accounts, such as billing and reimbursement Process daily deposits Post payments to accounts within the instructed time frame Monitor remittances for any payments not received Follow up on outstanding client/insurance balances File daily correspondence, perform specialized duties for the team and assist with daily activities, maintain a thorough knowledge of tasks

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent required QuickBooks Experience, medical terminology, knowledge of insurance and reimbursement procedures preferred Minimum of 1-2 years Business Office experience in a healthcare environment, preferred two years’ experience in medical billing preferred, accurate, swift, data entry abilities This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
