Office Coordinator Bobbees Bottling Louisburg, NC 27549 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Duties Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette. Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries appropriately. Maintain and organize files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and collaboration with team members. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written communications. Support various administrative functions as needed to enhance office productivity. Skills Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not required. Excellent proofreading skills to maintain high standards of written communication. Familiarity with calendar management tools to coordinate schedules efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
