Come grow with us! We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and hard-working administrative assistant to join our growing team of Quality Associates at Blum USA. You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager. This is a great opportunity to connect with an established international company. Job Responsibilities As a Quality Management Administrative Assistant, you will be managing a variety of topics which will help maintain consistency in the management systems (QM, EnMS, and EMS). This position contributes to the management of our programs and is responsible for various tasks within the IMS group. The QMAA is needed to ensure we’re staying up to date with reporting and auditing program as well as assisting in customer requests. Additional responsibilities for this assistant position include: Collecting and generating KPI reports: Management Review tracking, Audit tracking, Cost of Quality, Reject reporting, Warranty Replacements, and RGA
Audit planning and tracking: Maintaining the audit schedule, preparing audit documentation, and follow up on audit reports and findings to ensure timely resolutions
Customer support: Generate and maintain US specific product declarations and Coordination and delegation for customer request tickets in CRM.
Generate and maintain US specific product declarations
Monitor and inform regulatory changes in the US (Prop 65, PFAS, etc.)
Training coordination and Visit coordination: Perform base level QM training when needed. Coordinate, plan and schedule trainings as needed
Work with team members from various departments both locally and internationally.
Job Requirements To be successful in this type of position, we need team players who bring a positive attitude to the workplace and enjoy being around and working with others. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in various business functions in an industrial manufacturing environment or high-paced office environment. As well as a minimum of 1-3 years of experience working within an ISO management system is preferred.
