Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling jobs and dispatching electricians
  • Coordinate communication between office staff, field crews, and clients
  • Maintain job files, project records, and permit documentation
  • Handle invoicing, job costing, accounts receivable/payable, and basic bookkeeping
  • Order materials and supplies, track inventory, and coordinate deliveries
  • Assist with HR functions: onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and time tracking
  • Ensure all licenses, certifications, and insurance policies stay up to date
  • Support management with reporting, proposals, and project paperwork
  • Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience in office assisting, preferably in construction, electrical, or trades industries
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
