Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling jobs and dispatching electricians
- Coordinate communication between office staff, field crews, and clients
- Maintain job files, project records, and permit documentation
- Handle invoicing, job costing, accounts receivable/payable, and basic bookkeeping
- Order materials and supplies, track inventory, and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with HR functions: onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and time tracking
- Ensure all licenses, certifications, and insurance policies stay up to date
- Support management with reporting, proposals, and project paperwork
