Job Description
Busy automotive repair shop is looking for a part time office assistant/secretary. Duties include answering phone, greeting customers, invoicing, collecting payments, filing papers, data entry, ordering supplies/parts, and light cleaning. Must have experience with Quickbooks software. Must have good phone etiquitte, honest ethics, and be able to work in a busy environment. Must provide the last three work references and be willing to submit to a background check. Schedule is for part time and flexible during business hours which are Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30.
