You will be responding to emails, communicating with customers via phone, entering and updating calls in our system. Primary Responsibilities:

Organize and respond to incoming emails. Enter and update service orders into our dispatching system. Communicate ETA’s to customers. Work with dispatchers on communication with technicians and customers. Other general office functions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be able to reliably get to the office on a daily basis. Strong email organization skills. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Office programs knowledge such as Word and Excel.

Schedule:
