Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-Time Are you a driven, proactive, and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding opportunity where every day brings something new? Key Responsibilities Warmly answer phones and greet customers—making every interaction count Proactively schedule service appointments, inspections, cleanings, and go-back visits Firm up the next day’s appointments for maximum efficiency Guide customers through troubleshooting via multiple Security System Softwares Support customers with service billing questions and take payments as needed Address customer concerns with compassion and escalate when appropriate Serve as a backup to review and edit previous day’s service tickets for accuracy (times, parts, notes) Work with Sales to quote parts and labor for service repairs and coordinate with the Warehouse Coordinator for parts Analyze daily reports to identify priority actions Maintain weekly Service Reports Proactively follow up with technicians and customers to drive resolution Research completed service tickets to ensure accurate billing Provide front desk support for walk-in customers Collect required customer forms for all non-monitored service and inspection requests Willingly cross-train in other administrative functions to support team needs What You Bring to the Table A strong sense of discernment and tenacity to see tasks through to completion A naturally customer-service driven attitude Proficiency in Google Suites, Call Handling and Data Reporting Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace A team-first mindset and collaborative spirit Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively Work Environment Office-based setting Extended periods of time sitting and working at a computer Join a company that values your input, recognizes your efforts, and provides room to grow.
