We are Master Concessionaire Distributors for the Carolinas, and Coastal Georgia; Brands like Ben & Jerry’s, Magnum, Klondike, Popsicle, Breyers, Talenti and other Good Humor brand novelties. We need an ADMIN King ready to work! We have a rare immediate full-time Vendor Window Specialist, Office and Warehouse Support position for a driven and energetic professional. You will be the King of the office!! 99% of the job is clerical and office work. 3 Years

IN-OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Must be Customer Service driven, have intermediate PC and MS Office skills, and willing to learn! 3 YEARS Warehouse Admin or Office Admin experience required. Some lifting and order picking may be needed from time to time. We provide training for our operating system, product line, and other company related material. Must be very familiar with Office 365, Teams, Excel, Outlook.

Compensation:

This position starts at $18.00/Hr and increases are based on merit and responsibilities Free ice cream while at work. All other ice cream at cost. Summer hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9-6. & Saturdays 9-4, (one hour lunch) Days off are Wednesdays and Sundays. In our off season (Fall/Winter) the hours are 8-5 Mon – Fri, NO Saturdays

OFF SEASON

Medical/health benefits reimbursement up to $300/month. Paid Holidays/Vacation after 90 days of service.

opportunity for a great career with a growing company Daily/Weekly Tasks – not inclusive (Training Provided) Perfect attendance is paramount. You must be able to be here as scheduled. You will be responsible for servicing customers that come to buy ice cream. We are a wholesale distributor. Vendors come to our location to purchase ice cream. We are not open to the general public as we sell product by the case. We have anywhere from 3-10 customers per day. Must have experience counting money and able to relate with folks from all walks of life. You will handle monthly sales tax reporting/payments. Occasional help around the warehouse, light lifting, cleaning, as needed. Print load outs, other documents for the warehouse. talent is appreciated but not required. Warehouse may require simple duties on occasions, vendor order picking on rare occasions. Put together paperwork/office supplies that go out on the truck for branch locations Run checks through the check machine and deposit them to the bank electronically as well as record them in the accounting system. Scan all mail to appropriate people. Be available for ad-hoc items as they arise. Provision iPad for drivers/blue tooth printers – troubleshoot and ensure functionality. Task is desired but not required. While we have many employees at other locations our Charlotte office is a 2-person office. Most of our staff work from other locations so you will not have to put up with any office drama. You will be the King of the office. No co-workers to bother you.
